Si-Yuan Liao was born in Jiangsu, China, in 2001. He is currently studying in College of Electronic and Optical Engineering & College of Flexible Electronics (Future Technology) in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China. He is mainly engaged in the research of metamaterial, polarization converter, absorber and multifunction device.
